Is your goal to get Stogner? Are you a competitive athlete who needs to develop Speed and Strength? Do you want to learn the fundamentals of Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, or Strongman? Are you looking for Bellingham’s most supportive gym? ProFitness Northwest and CrossFit Bellingham are proud to host Strength and Conditioning Classes in our Barbell Club. We emphasize a solid foundation of proper technique built on functional movements to promote health and athletic performance.

Self Defense and Martial Arts

Do not live in fear. Feel the empowerment of situational awareness and real world fighting skills. Our Self Defense and Martial Arts classes cover the basics of verbal de-escalation and conflict avoidance techniques as well as the most practical and useful physical self-defense techniques derived from several martial arts styles including Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Karate. ProFitness Northwest is your first choice for self-defense and martial arts in Bellingham.

Yoga

At ProFitness Northwest and CrossFit Bellingham we understand that you spend much of your week training really hard in CrossFit, Self Defense, or Personal Training. To support this training and to keep you mobile and supple, we have a restorative Yoga class that supports the hard work you do at the gym, and also supports a healthy mobile body when you’re out of the gym.
